The Biggest Losers Had a Very Bad Day

So why are they still kissing the ring of the fat guy?

Let’s add it up. Trump lost his immunity appeal as the courts found he is subject to the rule of law, just like you and I. He will go to the Supreme Court but the ruling was so rock solid they may not even take it up.

The House Republicans voted to impeach Mayorkas, the Secretary of Homeland Security, with no apparent evidence, and they lost.

Then they voted to aid Israel in an attempt to do an end run around the immigration bill and that vote crashed, badly. But they still are refusing to pass the immigration bill which gives them virtually everything they have demanded, because another serial loser, Donald Trump, is threatening to give them all wedgies, or something.

Rona McDaniel, Chair of the Republican National Committee, will step down because, you guessed, Trump ordered her to. I guess I agree with that logic since they have no money, having blown it paying Trump’s legal bills for years now.

The question is, when are the few sober Republicans going to grow a set, stand up, and stop this madness? They won’t because Trump seems to have some weird power over them.

I would say, take a look at who you are scared of. He looks awful in his makeup, cannot assemble a coherent sentence, will spend most of his campaign year in court, will likely get convicted of federal crimes, serious crimes, and has no track record to run on.

A real winner.

This guy is going to lose and he is going to take down the entire party in the process and they deserve to go with him. As much as this may seem to be a good thing, it is not. Our government is built on the concept of checks and balances, empowered by bipartisanship, and without a functioning Republican Party, that won’t happen.

Except, that may be the plan, if there is one. The House Freedom Caucus, composed of the most boneheaded people imaginable, wants to take it all down and pave the way for a criminal dictator. Fortunately, they don’t seem to understand that they are a minority.

Serial losers.

In other news, the icon of the loser movement, Tucker Carlson, is skirting with treason in Russia where he has bragged he will tell us the truth about Ukraine, a sovereign country Russia invaded because Putin wants more power. 

And btw, the economy is booming, we may have a ceasefire in Israel, and Ron DeSantis, another loser, spent $7000 per vote in his failed campaign for President. That is not a typo, he spent seven grand per vote, money blown on nothing except a few ragged signs in Iowa.

Is it any wonder the RNC is broke when their best hopes are these guys?

I knew this year would be nuts but this is off the charts crazy. And it is early February. Still to come: Trump loses his ability to do business in New York City, the financial hub of the country, and has to pay as much as $470 million to a woman he raped and the Attorney General of NY. And with his immunity claims in ruins, he may end up in actual jail while being the Republican candidate for President of the United States, the leader of the free world.

Really?

I’m not a rocket scientist. You don’t have to be to know that this is all beyond nuts. So why is the entire Republican Party bowing down to this stupidity? It’s simply unfathomable.

Pass the goddamn immigration bill, fund Ukraine, pass the budget, dump Trump, and save what is left of your souls. You’ll sleep better at night, I promise.
