Watching from across the pond - and it looks even crazier from where I'm sitting! How can a lying, cheating, racist, misogynistic, megalomaniac sex-offender be polling at nearly 50% in the presidential race? Hello American citizens! What are you thinking?
And whilst I appreciate that the DC Court of Appeal did a very thorough job, (and, yes I read the 57-page opinion), I'm struggling to understand why they didn't keep it short and sweet - e.g.:
"No. You can't do whatever the fuck you want as President. Now stop wasting our time."
And.... Taylor Swift is a psyop and the NFL is rigged? Seriously? MAGA losing their shit over this beats any comedy I've seen since The Hangover.
"Still to come: Trump loses his ability to do business in New York City, the financial hub of the country, and has to pay as much as $470 million to a woman he raped and the Attorney General of NY. And with his immunity claims in ruins, he may end up in actual jail while being the Republican candidate for President of the United States, the leader of the free world."
...I thought: If it were on the back cover of a novel, I wouldn't buy it, because I wouldn't take it seriously even as entertainment.

Loving your posts Martin. Keep up the good work.
And to top it off T is showing early signs of Dementia. I hope someone is keeping careful records otherwise not believe this actually happened.
If it was not true, no one would believe it. Clearly, "truth is stranger than fiction".
Ditto. Of this:

As I see it the Republicans under orders from their masters must resist anything remotely resembling accountability. Don't hold you breath.
You’re sounding like a nice Jeff Tiedrich. Keep it up.
The stupidity of it all is remarkable. The house Republicans seem as dumb as a box of hammers.
