Nah. "This means waiting for inspiration may not be an option." I don't agree at all. I read you and I wait for the inspired parts. They do not come often enough; now I maybe I know why. For myself? Well. If I do not feel any inspiration when reading it, I figure there isn't anything much to publichh, now is there?

Inspiration is not something we control, but I believe you get to it by doing (writing) not by waiting. So, yes, not everything is inspired. But when you commit yourself to two issues a week, an article a day, etc., you take the risk of some being better than others. Not everything I write is as inspired as I’d like it to be, but that’s true of all artists and creatives.

There is the idea there, and this you call waiting. As you write, you are indeed waiting for inspiration, aren't you? It does not always come. So, you are "waiting" for it! So your writing, Martin, is like a flat plain. It goes on... then on... then some inspired bit pops up and it occurs within that general flow so everything is seamless.

Thanks Pat, I actually have copies of two translations but not the original paperback US edition. I could buy a used copy but I have real reason to.
